1. Overview

QuizFlash operates an automated quiz content publishing service across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our automated content pipeline.

2. Information We Collect

QuizFlash is an automated publishing tool. We do not collect personal information from viewers. The only data we process is:

• YouTube channel analytics (views, watch time, subscriber counts) used solely to optimise content scheduling
• OAuth tokens for our own YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook accounts used exclusively to publish our content
• Technical logs for system operation and error monitoring

3. Google API Usage

QuizFlash uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload and schedule video content to our own YouTube channel (@QuizFlashGo). We access only our own channel data. We do not access, store, or share any viewer data obtained via Google APIs.

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect viewer names, emails, or personal information
• We do not use cookies on this website
• We do not sell or share data with third parties
• We do not track viewers across platforms

5. Third-Party Services

Our automation pipeline uses the following services solely to publish our content:

• YouTube Data API v3 (Google LLC)
• Meta Graph API (Meta Platforms Inc.)
• Amazon S3 (temporary video hosting during publish, auto-deleted within 24h)
• Anthropic Claude API (AI-generated quiz content)

6. Data Retention

Temporary video files used for social media publishing are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We retain published video metadata (titles, tags, publish dates) indefinitely for our own records.
